Notes: Ancient spelling was Serveilius. The Patrician Servilii was one of the 7 Alban gentes called to Rome by King Tullus Hostilius.
The stemma of the many plebeian Servilii descendant from Servilius Geminus (RE59) in disputed. I have followed Crawford.
The relationships of M. Brutus and Servilius Caepio and the various Servilias is unclear and disputed.
