Notes: There is a lot of literature on the so-called "testament of Dasumius" from 108 AD and multiple interpretations.
However a new fragment (AE1976-77 = AE1978-16) shows that the testator is not a Dasumius, but Cn. Domitius Tullus cos suff II 98.
An alternative stemma based on Chausson 2009 is added below.
Literature Caballos Rufino: Senadores Hispanorromanos (1990) p.353-358 (Hadrianus D14, Rusticus D15,  D16 Tuscus, D17 Varro)
Cebeillac: Quaestores Principis (1972) p.138-139 (§LXII L. Dasumius Tullius Tuscus D16)
Chausson, Francois: "Hommage des Lyonnais à deux patrons sénatoriaux sous le règne d’Antonin le Pieux", in Occidents Romains, Paris, 2009, pp.237-246,
argues that L. Dasumius Tullius Tuscus was not a Tullius P. f. adopted by a L. Dasumius, but (as suggested several times in the past by other scholars) the son of
P. Tullius Varro cos. suff. 127 and a Dasumia, the sister of P. Dasumius Rusticus cos. ord. 119
Corbier: Aerarium (1974) p.156-164 (§35 P. Tullius Varro T394, but stemma p.160 is obsolete), p.236-240 (§49 L. Dasumius Tullius Tuscus D16)
Di Vita-Evrard, G.: "Le testament di "de Dasumius": testateur et beneficiaires", in Epigrafia Juridica Romana, Actas del coloquio internacional
AIEGL (Pamplona, 1987), Pampelune, 1989,  pp. 159-174. shows that the testator was not a Dasumius, but Cn. Domitius Tullus cos II 98.
Di Vita-Evrard, Ginette: "La famille de l’empereur : pour de nouveaux ‘Mémoires d’Hadrien’ ", Hadrien, 1999, p. 27-36
Eck: Statthalter der germanischen Provinzen (1985) p.63-64 ( §32 L. Dasumius Tullius Tuscus D16)
Eck, Werner: "Zum Neuen Fragment des sogenannten testamentum Dasumii", in ZPE Bd. 30 (1978), pp. 277-295 shows based on new evidence that Dasumius cannot be the testator.
Fitz: Pannonien (1995) p.487-489 (§289 L. Dasumius Tullius Tuscus D16)
Pflaum: Carrieres Procuratoriennes p.635-637 (stemma of the Dasumius; obsolete)
Raepsaet-Charlier: PFOS (1987) stemma XXIV. She believes the 1st husband of Domitia Polla to be Cn. Domitius Afer cos suff II 98 (D167).
Salomies: Nomenclature (1992) p.98-99 argues that the older assumption of P. Dasumius Rusticus cos ord 119 being an older brother of Tullius cos 127
does not hold,  since Di Vita-Evrard (1989) has shown that the testator was not a Dasumius. Thus L. Dasumius P.f. Tullius Tuscus
is more likely to be the natural son of cos 127 and adopted by a L. Dasumius, otherwise unknown.
Settipani: Continuite (2000) p.290-294 discusses the so-called testament of Dasumius and the relationship to Imp Hadrian.
Settipani: Continuite addenda  (2001/2004) p.32 sets out a stemma followed below, p.72-74 discusses Di Vita-Evrards latest
stemma concerning the testament of Dasumius.
Syme, Ronald: "The Testamentum Dasumii. Some Novelties", in Chiron 15, 1985, p.41-63 (also in Roman Papers vol. V p.521-545 with stemma p.544-545
proposes Cn. Domitius Tullus cos II 98 as the testator, not a Dasumius.
Thomasson: Fasti Africani (1996) p.108 (L. Dasumius Tullius Tuscus D16)
